An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading specialist food manufacturers, they have been established for over 35 years and supply to major blue chip clients. The Group has multiple sites worldwide, with a reputation for the delivery of high quality products and are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share.
Key Skills:
- Electrically Apprentice Trained Electrical Engineer
- Experience of PL C Systems & Automated Machinery
- Working Knowledge of PPM Schedules
The Role
To optimise performance on the equipment ensuring production is kept at its highest. Candidates needs to have good electrical knowledge and be willing to work shifts and cover for colleagues who are off. Experience in high speed, PLC controlled food manufacturing and packaging equipment will be needed. Candidates will need to be apprentice trained electrically and experienced in PPM. Candidates need to be able to demonstrate and give examples of times when they have worked on machinery such as flow wrappers, labelling machinery, together with packaging & conveyors systems, in the past and be able to utilise a PPM system, within a manufacturing arena. The company also offer a huge amount of training, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably within this prestigious group.
